It has been formed by the Shivalik Shiksha Society. It is affiliated to Punjab Technical University. The main objective of the institute is to provide highly skilled technical assistance to artists, technicians, designers etc. facilitating them to perform to the highest level of excellence. The college has well developed facilities which includes laboratory facilities, library, eminent faculty members.
